Informations on cookies

In accordance with the provision of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, the “Guarantor”) of May 8, 2014, on the Identification of simplified procedures for the provision of information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies (hereinafter, the “COOKIE PROVISION”), Bee Queen 33 S.r.l., with registered office in 56121 Pisa, via Gaetano Malasoma 14/16, VAT number, tax code and registration number with the Register of Companies of Pisa 02355120508 (the “Owner”), as owner of the site www.beequeen33.com (hereinafter, the “Site”).

In this information, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, “Regulation”), you will be explained how this data is collected, for what purposes and what are your rights. This document constitutes an integral part of the Site’s information on the processing of personal data, which can be consulted at the following link: https://beequeen33.it/en/privacy-policy.

The Site uses cookies in order to improve your browsing experience.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that sites visited by the user send directly to his terminal (usually to the browser), where they are stored and then transmitted to the same sites on the next visit of the same user (so-called first party cookies). While browsing a site, the user may also receive cookies from different sites or web servers (so-called third party cookies); this happens because the website visited may contain elements such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to web pages of other domains that reside on servers other than the one on which the page requested is located. In other words, they are those cookies that are set by a website other than the one you are currently visiting.

Cookies may be limited in duration to a single browsing session on the browser (so-called session cookies), in which case they are automatically deactivated when the user closes the browser; or they may have a predetermined expiry date and, in this case, they will remain stored and active on your hard disk until such expiry date, continuing to collect information during different browsing sessions on the browser (so-called permanent cookies).

Cookies are used for different functions. Some are necessary to enable you to use a website or mobile application and take advantage of its features (technical cookies).

Others are used to obtain statistical information, in aggregate or not, on the number of users who download and access a website and/or mobile application and on how the website or app is used (so-called tracking or analytics cookies).

Others, finally, are used to draw a profile of you as a consumer and display advertisements on a website and/or mobile app that may be of interest to you, as they are consistent with your tastes and consumption habits (so-called profiling cookies).

To find out more about these different categories of cookies, continue reading this policy. Find out how they work and what they are used for, and freely choose whether to allow or deny their use.

FIRST PARTY COOKIES

The Site uses the following types of first party technical cookies, for the installation of which no consent is required from the user but for which the Owner is obliged to provide adequate information:

(a) Navigation or session cookies: fundamental to allow the user to move normally within our Site and to correctly use the relative services; as they are not memorized on the user’s computer, they disappear when the browser is closed;

(b) “Functionality” cookies: only aimed at improving and speeding up the use of the Site, by storing certain choices made by the user (e.g.: such as language preferences).

They are therefore tools used by the Owner to ensure, among other things, an efficient navigation, the stability of the session, the permanence of the login during the session and the selected country of navigation. They also serve to store the choices made by the user regarding the display of certain elements of the page, such as information and communication banners.

The use of technical cookies and the carrying out of treatments related to them does not require, according to current regulations, the prior consent of the user.

In any case, the user has the possibility to prevent the installation of technical cookies at any time through the settings of his browser, being aware that such a choice could complicate, slow down and sometimes block navigation on the Site.

Beequeen 33 S.r.l. acts as data controller exclusively with reference to first-party cookies installed on the Site.

THIRD PARTY COOKIES

It is possible that during a user’s navigation on the Site, some cookies are stored on his device that are not directly controlled and managed by the Owner. This happens, for example, when the user visits a page that includes the contents of a third party website.

In this regard, it should be noted that the Owner does not play any role in the processing of data arising from this type of cookie, being a mere technical intermediary.

Third party profiling cookies are used to display personalised advertising on the Site and on other websites and their operation is based on the navigation activities of each user. This type of cookie may also be used by third parties to display their products and services on the Site.

The Site also uses certain types of third party analytical cookies through which the following information is collected, but not limited to:

(a) number of visitors, page views and navigation within the Site;

(b) effectiveness of acquisition campaigns based on the source of web traffic;

(c) details about the pages and content viewed on the Site.

These cookies, as well as the purposes for which they are used outside the Site, fall under the direct and exclusive responsibility of the third party that installs them on the user’s terminal and are used to show the user advertisements in line with his/her interests (this is the case of third party profiling/retargeting cookies).

If the user does not wish to receive third party cookies on his/her terminal, he/she may at any time, through the links below, access the information and consent forms of said third parties and exclude their reception.

HOW TO DISABLE COOKIES?

PROCESSING METHODS AND DATA RETENTION TIMES

As highlighted in the introduction to this policy, the Owner collects and processes some of your personal data through cookies that it conveys directly on the Site (first party cookies). The Owner acts as the controller of this data, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.  The Owner will process your data only with electronic tools, in a totally automated manner and without human intermediation. Therefore, the Controller’s employees and collaborators will never access the content of your personal data obtained through cookies, which means that they will never be able to access and/or have direct personal identifying information (PII).

Some of the Data Controller’s employees and contractors, appointed by us as data processors, may perform maintenance work on the computer systems that host your data, without ever being able to access their actual content. Personal data may be stored on servers operated by third parties (eg suppliers of computer systems) or may be managed by individuals specializing in online advertising, acting as external data processors on the basis of a specific written appointment by the Owner. The Data Controller informs you that, in compliance with the assumptions and guarantees established by the Regulations, your data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, which may not offer a level of protection of privacy and protection of personal data comparable to that guaranteed by Italian and European privacy laws, but as data controller Beequeen 33 S.r.l. will take the utmost consideration of data security, therefore it will proceed in the management of such transfers with all due cautions and guarantees. Your personal data will not be communicated to third party data controllers or disseminated.
